The site looks cute overall, but it felt cluttered to use. I thought it would be simple to browse around, but there was so much going on that it ended up stressing me out more than I expected.

I ordered a couple of things from Shop Y Mommy, and to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and actual items were all correct, which I really appreciate because I’m kind of picky about getting exactly what I ordered.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is the tracking was slow to update, and I started getting a little impatient wondering where my package was. That’s probably just me because I check tracking way too often, but still, the order itself was right and I’d probably shop there again.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me and were polite about it, which I appreciated. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, honestly. But, yeah, the issue got sorted in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Not bad overall, just wish the response time was a bit quicker.

Adding items to my cart and paying was simple, and I didn’t run into any random errors or confusing steps. My only small complaint is that I wish the shipping info showed up a little earlier in the process. I’m still kind of loyal to my usual sites, but this was a good enough experience that I’d probably shop here again

I ordered two tops and the sizing was mostly right for me. I just went by the size chart, which actually worked out well for once. One of them was a little loose, but not enough to bother me or stop me from wearing it. Shipping was fine too, nothing super fast or fancy, but no real issues there.

I thought I’d be waiting around for a while, but the refund came through quickly. I checked my account while I was making coffee this morning and it was already there, so that was a nice little surprise.

It’s good if you need a quick gift and don’t want to overthink it too much. The stuff is nice enough, but I did feel like I had to spend more time than expected sorting through options to find something that actually felt right...

I’ve washed it a few times now and it held up better than I thought it would. It didn’t shrink weird or come out looking all warped, and the print still looks fine. My only complaint is it takes longer to dry than I’d like. Like, every time I wash it, I’m waiting on it to dry. It’s not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. Still, overall I’m happy with it.

One piece did have a tiny loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal. Then I washed it and, wait, okay, I was fully expecting it to shrink or get weird, but it didn’t. It kept its shape well. So overall, I’m happy with what I got. Not absolutely perfect, but definitely better than I thought it would be.

I picked up a few things they were priced fairly for what you get. The quality was better than I expected too, so I was happy with it

The first thing I noticed when I opened the set of pajamas was how soft the fabric felt. It immediately gave me a good impression because it didn’t have that stiff or scratchy feel I’ve run into with some baby clothes, just really smooth and comfy.

I’ve washed it twice now, and it still feels just as nice. My baby seems cozy and comfortable in it, which is really all I was hoping for. I’d definitely order from shopymommy.com again.
